On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen opening onto a large living room bathed in light thanks to two windows. There is also a WC, a practical cupboard and a staircase. Two glass doors lead to an outdoor terrace at the front of the building, while another door gives access to a second, more spacious terrace at the rear. Enjoy a lounge with stunning river views from inside.

Upstairs, you'll find three large bedrooms with double beds (dimensions to be specified) and a bathroom with shower and WC.
