AUVERGNE, THE FORCE OF NATURE

Entertainment for the whole family

Because happy children are a basic component of agreeable holidays at the Camping de Vaubarlet we take particular care of the youngsters. In July and August on 6 out of 7 days the kid's club welcomes them morning and afternoon for manual activities and open-air games. Once a week they are invited to participate in an initiation to canoeing and of a Friday there's the Disco Evening. Outside of the organized activities of the children's club the youngest amongst them will have a great time in the play-area and on the Bouncy Castle. In the evenings all the family can get together for the organized sporting activities such as football or volleyball and for the occasional theme evenings. On sunny afternoons all the family can meet up around the heated swimming pool. Smaller children will appreciate the heated paddling pool whilst their parents and older siblings take a dip in the main pool. This pool is also equipped for those with reduced mobility, a special pool access chair being available.

Whilst some soak up the sun and swim in the pool those who like a more active holiday can profit from the multiple possibilities of hill walks around the site as well as the many outdoor pursuits offered by the region. At the reception office we can help you organize canoeing trips, Mountain Biking and Horse Riding. Once a week there is an organized hike from the camp site to allow you to take in the splendor of the sunrise over an extinct volcano.
